TEMAZCAL
Half an hour of steam bath with medicinal herbs (rue, basil, pirul, orange leaves, lemon leaves, pennyroyal, cinnamon, rosemary, eucalyptus). Within the Temazcal, relaxation and breathing exercises are carried out to harmonize body and mind.
FISH THERAPY
20 minutes with the fish, which will perform a natural pedicure based on light suctions that clean the skin and soften it.
At the end we will take 10 minutes of reflexology (foot massage) for your relaxation.
