A temazcal (from Nahuatl temazcalli, 'casa que se suda', from temaz, 'sweat', and calli, 'house') is a steam bath used in traditional medicine and the daily life of the people of central Mexico.

These baths, originally made of stone and mud, have been used by various indigenous cultures of Mesoamerica and North America for medicinal purposes of detoxification by sweating and expectoration based on vapors produced by herbal infusions.

It is a totally natural system that basically consists of small suctions of fish called GARRA RUFA that produce a pleasant comfort. These fish make a selective exfoliation, there is no other product on the market that performs a similar exfoliation.
