A temazcal (del nahuatl temazcalli, 'house where you sweat', from temaz, 'sweat', and calli, 'house') is a steam bath used in the traditional medicine and the daily life of the towns of central Mexico.
These baths, originally made of stone and mud, have been used by various indigenous cultures de Mesoamerica y North America for medicinal purposes of detoxification by sweating and expectoration based on vapors produced by herbal infusions.

It is a totally natural system that basically consists of small suctions of the fish called GARRA RUFA that produce a pleasant comfort. These fish do a selective exfoliation, there is no other product on the market that performs a similar exfoliation.
